Information for those wishing to return tickets

Listeners can exchange tickets to concerts that have been cancelled or moved for gift vouchers of the same value valid for the events of the National Philharmonic. In this case, please contact us by e-mail and submit a free-form request. In the request, indicate the date, time, quantity and price of tickets as well as the event to which tickets were purchased and attach copies of available tickets.

The Philharmonic visitors willing to get a ticket refund with money are additionally asked to specify bank account details to which the money should be transferred (name of the account owner, account number).

Information for ticket buyers

Following the 2020 August 26 decision No. V-1921 of the Head of the State Emergency Centre declaring state-level emergency, event organizers are obliged to ensure the registration of event participants by collecting personal data relevant for COVID-19 disease control purposes.

In order to fulfil this obligation, we ask the purchasers of tickets to fill in the submitted questionnaires at the National Philharmonic Box Office, indicating the following data: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail, place of residence information (street name, house / apartment number, city / municipality, country).

The data is collected directly from the individual and processed for COVID-19 disease control purposes only and will be stored for 21 days from the date of the event, after which it will be destroyed.


  • Due to a limited parking space, car drivers are recommended to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the the start of a performance.
  • Latecomers are not admitted to the hall after the third chime.
  • Unauthorised photographing/filming/recording within the premises is prohibited.
  • Children under 7 are not admitted to the evening concerts. Children and their parents are offered a special Family Series.
  • We welcome people in weehlchairs. Please, notify us prior to your arrival +370 5 266 5216, +370 5 266 5233 and you will be assisted in accessing the hall.
  • People with disabilities or mobility difficulties are welcome to use lifts. Our hall staff will be happy to help you in locating lifts.
  • During the event, the organizer is filming and photographing events for archiving and broadcasting purposes.

  • The National Philharmonic Society reserves the right to change the announced concert programmes and performers.
