Studies at the University of St Cyril and St Methodius in Skopje, where he was a student of Prof. Boris Romanov, debut at the Wigmore Hall in London, prizes at international competitions in the UK, Czech Republic and Italy – all of the above marked the beginning of Simon Trpčeski’s career. He went on performing with the New York, Los Angeles and Hong Kong Philharmonic orchestras, and San Francisco, Singapore and Toronto symphony orchestras, appearing in concert halls in the US, Europe and Asia.

The EMI Classics released Trpčeski’s first recital recording, as part of Debut Series, featuring works by Tchaikovsky, Scriabin and Prokofiev, and his second recital recording, an all-Rachmaninov CD. The same label is about to release his third CD dedicated to Chopin.
