Saulius Petreikis is the foremost Lithuanian multi-instrumentalist, one of a few European musicians-owners of a unique collection of the world’s music instruments, which he employs in performance of his compositions. Antique Instruments of the World’s Nations features his compositions performed on ancient instruments from Lithuania and other Baltic countries as well as Asia, Africa and Australia. The programme will carry the audience to distinct cultures of past epochs. Petreikis has showcased his programmes around Europe, in China and the USA receiving accolades as an idiosyncratic performer and composer. The musician will share the stage with an assembly of talented performers, his long-standing partners in picturesque musical journeys around the world.
