“Liszt’s music runs through my biography like a golden thread…I am always full of love for him”, says Mūza Rubackytė in one of her interviews. We are familiar with enchanting qualities of this pianist – temperament and radiant willpower, delicately projected femininity and vibrantly voiced emotions; indeed, this time they will be the main vehicle in Liszt’s Années de pèlerinage, a challenging piano cycle requiring gigantic energies of the performer. The three-part evening will be a true celebration of music. After Rubackytė’s performance of complete Années de pèlerinage in Paris, there were opinions that such an impressive performance is well worth a marble monument…
