The National M.K. Čiurlionis School of Arts is celebrating its 65th anniversary. This school is often described as the largest and most important forge of young musicians, artists and ballet dancers in Lithuania. Over the years, it has nurtured a number of Lithuanian musicians, artists and ballet dancers who have demonstrated their professionalism not only at home, but also around the globe. This anniversary concert at the National Philharmonic Hall will serve as the setting for a meeting of the graduates of the National M.K. Čiurlionis School of Arts, coming back from various countries: cellist David Geringas, pianist Petras Geniušas, pianist Evelina Puzaitė, violinist Diana Galvydytė and conductor Robertas Šervenikas. We will also meet the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra and the Vilnius String Quartet, which involve many former pupils of this School.
