To present both classical and contemporary pieces afresh, the ensemble takes new approach to this repertoire on any occasion. The Vilnius String Quartet’s collaboration with tenor Merūnas Vitulskis attests to that. The programme features rarely performed compositions – the series of song arrangements by Italian and Lithuanian composers for voice and string quartet.
