Part of the J.S.BACH MUSIC FESTIVAL 2009

 

J. S. Bach adopted all major achievements of Western music and catalysed them using his extraordinary imagination, intelligence and mastery. He is accredited with a number of prototypes and standards that have influenced all the composers around the globe, including Lithuanians.

 

In the first programme, the festival's resident Musica Humana chamber ensemble will be joined by its regular concert partners –  the Polifonija Chamber Choir and organist Balys Vaitkus.
